I sometimes have difficulty in keeping grounded (especially during PMS) and telling myself that whatever crazy feelings I was having will pass. Sometimes I do better. True enough, they eventually pass. Always.
A good sense of humor helps!
The Tenant ... is that a ghost movie? I try not to watch those.

It's good to live on the east side of the Cascades sometimes...I am a lover a clear sky. I like the blue, and the stars. Too many clouds and I feel closed it and trapped. -
